Here is what’s happening this week that might be of interest to our Dodgen Families:-

Monday, March 24th - 28th - 8th Grade Party tickets will again be on sale from 8:30a.m. to 9:15a.m. in the 8th Grade pod.  You can also get a form from the Dodgen PTSA website www.dodgenptsa.org on the “Forms” page; place completed form and $15.00 cash or check in the white PTSA box outside the front office.  Please note that no tickets will be sold at the door the night of the event - reserve your tickets this week.

Monday, March 24th - 28th - Tickets for the Dodgen play will be on sale for $7.00 each in the 6th, 7th and 8th Grade pods each day from 8:30a.m. - 9:00a.m.  Don’t miss your chance to see this year’s fabulous production by our own Dodgen students.

Monday, March 24th - Parent Orientation at 7:00p.m. in Walton High School for parents of rising 9th Graders.

Monday, March 24th - Pope Junior Cheerleading Parent Information Meeting for parents of current 6th and 7th Graders interested in Pope Junior Cheerleading @ 6:00p.m. in the Pope Media Center.

Tuesday, March 25th - Dodgen MS hosts a reception for Eastern Cobb County Council (ECCC) PTA and welcomes the county winners of the ”Honoring Our Heroes” essay contest and their heroes.  We would like to congratulate the winners from Dodgen, Jake Wachtel - 7th Grade, his hero is Mr. Duda and Angela Cannarell - 6th Grade, her hero is her dad.

Wednesday, March 26th - Environmental Club will meet at 8:15a.m. in Mrs. Barkley’s classroom.  The project this month is to clean up debris/trash around the pond and place recycling bins in four locations in the school.

Wednesday, March 26th - “The Price of Technology on Youth” @ Peachford Hospital from 7:00p.m. - 8:30p.m.  Details on the Dodgen PTSA website.

Friday, March 28th & Saturday, March 29th - The long awaited performance of the Dodgen play “A Midsummer Night’s Dream or The Night They Missed the Forest for the Trees” @ 7:30p.m. each evening in the Dodgen Theatre.  Not to be missed!
